Agreement & Consent
Pawcation agrees to provide the following services as per the Owner’s request:

1. Services & Fees

Dog Walking Services

Solo Walks:

  • 30-Minute Walk: £12

  • 60-Minute Walk: £17

 Two Dogs from Same Household:

  • 30-Minute Walk: £15

  • 60-Minute Walk: £20
     

Pet Care Visits (Puppy/Dog/Cat/Small)
Single Pet

  • 15-minutes - £8 (Nantwich Town area only)

  • 30-minutes - £12

  • 45-minutes - £15

Additional Pets:

  • add £3 per extra pet


Weekend Walks/Visits: An extra £5 per service applies.

 

2. Owner’s Responsibilities

The Owner agrees to:

  • Ensure the dog is up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments.

  • Inform the Walker of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural concerns.

  • Provide a secure collar/harness and lead.

  • Notify Pawcation of any changes in routine, health, or address.

  • Provide a collar with tag with owners name, house number and postcode(This is law in the UK, and failure to comply can incur a fine of up to £2000.

  • Inform the walker of any recording devices in any areas the walker may access. This ensures transparency, privacy, and the smooth delivery of services.

 

3. Pawcation's Responsibilities

The Pawcation agrees to:

  • Provide safe, responsible, and caring dog walking services.

  • Ensure the dog is always walked on a lead.

  • Follow any feeding or medication instructions if requested.

  • Inform the Owner of any concerns or incidents during walks/visits.

 

4. Emergency Care

If the pet becomes ill or injured, Pawcation will:

  • Attempt to contact the Owner and the emergency contact.

  • Seek veterinary care if required (the Owner agrees to cover vet costs).

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Owner Cancels:

  • More than 48 hours' notice - no charge.

  • 24-48 hours' notice - 50% of the visit fee.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice including same-day - full visit fee applies.
     

Genuine Emergencies (such as illness or vet visits) will always be handled with understanding.

The reason we have this policy is because last-minute cancellations mean we can’t usually fill the slot with another client, which has an impact on our schedule and income.

Pawcation Cancels:

If the Pawcation cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, no charge applies, and an alternative time or date may be offered.

Weather & Walks:

 We will walk dogs in all weathers, except in extreme conditions like storms, lightning, or temperatures above 24 degrees Celsius/75 degrees Fahrenheit, unless you tell us not to.

  • Rain or Shine: Walks go ahead unless it is unsafe or you request otherwise.

  • Towels: Please provide towels for your dog for wet walks.

  • Communication: If a walk cannot safely take place, we’ll let you know and arrange an alternative indoor activity.

This way, your dog stays happy, healthy and exercised – rain or shine.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • Pawcation is fully insured for public liability.

  • Pawcation is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss unless due to negligence.

  •  The Owner is responsible for any damage caused by their dog to property, people, or other animals.

7. Key Handling (If required)

  • The Owner provides a key for home access or code for box access

  • Pawcation will securely store the key and return it upon request.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the end of each week for any completed walks.

  • Invoices will be sent on the Saturday and should be paid by the next day.

  • (For clients living on boats or in hard to access locations, and for one off services, we may ask for payment upfront for each booking).

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer.

  • Late payments may result in a pause of services until payment is received, and payment may need to be paid upfront for future walks.  

 

9. Social Media/Website:

We love celebrating the pet visits, and we take photos during visits to share with you and to post on Pawcation’s social media pages and website. This helps promote our services and gives followers a glimpse of the lovely pets we get to spend time with.

 

By signing this agreement, you give permission for photos of your pet to be used for these purposes. Your pet’s name may be mentioned, but no personal information about you will ever be shared.

 

If you’d prefer your dog not to be featured, just let us know – We will always respect your wishes.

10. Agreement & Consent
By signing, the Owner agrees to the terms outlined in this contract.
