Our Team
Carolyn
Hi, I’m Carolyn
After spending years working in law, I made the life-changing decision to follow my passion and build a career doing what I truly love — working with dogs. Walking has always been a big part of my life, and I’m happiest outdoors, staying active and exploring new routes with four-legged companions by my side.
I’ve had dogs for most of my life and currently share my home with three of my own: Holly the Boxer, Gracie the Dogue de Bordeaux, and Moo the Springer Spaniel. They’ve given me hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels.
Alongside dog walking, I also groom dogs and work part-time at a local kennels, which means I’m confident handling dogs in a professional care environment and prioritising their safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times. I’m a regular gym-goer, so long walks and energetic dogs are never a problem!
Your dog will be treated as one of my own — with care, patience, and plenty of exercise.
Mollie
Hi, I’m Mollie!
I’ve always had a genuine love for animals, and I feel happiest when I’m spending time outdoors with them. Dogs in particular have always been a big part of my life, and I really enjoy getting to know their different personalities—whether that’s an energetic dog who loves to explore or a more gentle one who prefers a calm, steady walk.
Alongside this, I’ve spent the past five years caring for my own horse, which has given me a strong sense of responsibility, routine, and a good understanding of animal behaviour. It’s taught me how important patience, consistency, and attentiveness are when caring for animals.
I love taking the time to understand what makes each animal feel comfortable and at ease, and there’s something really rewarding about building trust and seeing their confidence grow over time.
I’m really excited to be joining the team at Pawcation and to spend more time doing what I love—being outdoors with animals and getting to know lots of wonderful dogs.
Andrea
I’m Andrea, and I’m delighted to be part of the Pawcation team here in Nantwich. Originally from Yorkshire, I moved to this lovely area 27 years ago and have loved calling it home ever since.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of customer-facing roles, from the airline industry to over two decades in information technology. My work has always centred around people, communication and care — qualities I now bring to every walk and wag!
Animals have always been a big part of my life. I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs, horses, and even a house rabbit, and I truly believe every animal deserves love, care, and attention. After many happy years as a dog owner, I’m thrilled to once again share my love of the outdoors and companionship with our furry friends.
Janssen
I’m Janssen, a retired firefighter who proudly served with both the London and Cheshire Fire Services. Before that, I worked with horses as part of the Household Cavalry — an experience that gave me a deep respect for the trust and bond between humans and animals.
Animals have always been part of my life, from dogs and cats to horses and even a house rabbit who was with me for 12 wonderful years. After losing our own beloved dog, I’m really looking forward to reconnecting with the joy that comes from spending time outdoors and caring for animals again.
